Bookings

If you would like to book a Bear Basin Adventure trip please call 307-486-2229 or email us to ensure your requested dates are available. The following is applicable for our Camp Rides and Pack Trips. Please contact us for details regarding hunting trip bookings.

A 15 % service charge will be added to each booking total to cover taxes and gratuities.

A non-refundable $600 per person deposit is required upon booking along with a signed reservation form and indemnity release agreement. Forms can be faxed to 307-486-2229 or posted to our address with your check deposit.

Full payment is required 45 days before departure date. We will email or call you to remind of this or an invoice can be sent if required. Payments can be made by check or direct deposit into our bank account. Please ask for our bank details.

Our policy is that the trip deposits are non-refundable and due to the difficulty in re-booking a trip, the balance is non-refundable as well if you cancel within 30 days of the pack trip departure

Vacation and trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and available from major insurance companies.
