IMG_1721If you would like to book a Bear Basin Adventure trip please call 307-349-4630 or contact us to ensure your requested dates are available. The following is applicable for our Base Camp Rides and Pack Trips. Please contact us for details regarding hunting trips and drop trips.

Trips depart from a trailhead near the town of Dubois, Wyoming. Guests can choose to fly into Jackson Hole (one and half hours from Dubois) or Riverton Airport (one hour from Dubois). We suggest clients spend the night before the trip at the Twin Pines Lodge in Dubois. Trips start around 9am on day one and finish around 3pm on the last day.

A 15 % service charge will be added to each booking total to cover taxes and gratuities.

Please note there will be a $100 surcharge per guest for special meal/dietary requests. Being in the back country makes it difficult to cater to specifications. We will do our best but ask that you understand the situation.

140814_172300_7D_0132A non-refundable $600 per person deposit is required upon booking along with a signed reservation form and indemnity release agreement. Forms can be emailed or posted  with your check deposit.

Full payment is required 45 days before departure date. An invoice can be sent if required. Payments can be made by check or direct deposit into our bank account. Please ask for our bank details. We prefer checks but if required we accept credit card details over the phone with a 2% transaction fee.

Our policy is that the trip deposits are non-refundable and due to the difficulty in re-booking a trip, the balance is non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the pack trip departure.

Vacation and trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and available from major insurance companies.

What else can I say? The whole thing was wonderful!! From the get go everything was organized; the horses were obviously well trained and cared for; the equipment was top notch; and Heath and Michael were professional but relaxed and fun. It was exactly the vacation I wanted. No phones, peace, quiet, beautiful scenery, fabulous food, new friends and lots of laughing. We will be talking of our “Wyoming Adventure” for a long time. Thank You. — Teresa, MD
